The Ask:

The request was to help Outback increase traffic and sales on Mondays, which are notoriously slow nights for casual dining.

The Solution:

We executed a full-throttle approach by sponsoring Ryan Newman and Kevin Harvick, developing a win-win plan for our clients and consumers. Whenever the Outback car placed in the top 10, we gave away Free Bloomin' Onion appetizers to fans everywhere. Results have been staggering; over one million blooms were redeemed, and needless to say, Mondays are the new Friday night at Outback.
