Who I am

Throw a few pencils and paper in front of me, and I'll be out of your hair; at least, that's what my mother would say. She would challenge me by saying, "Draw me a tree, a dog, or how about a dog driving a bus." Endless afternoons filled with doodles as she fired off new suggestions one after another challenging me to create something new. I credit her for fostering the creativity within me at a very young age, knowing full well how much I enjoyed it then and continue to thrive on it today.

I began my career as an Illustrator, a shocker I know. I created everything from comps to storyboards to final art for brands like Kellogg's and Phillip Morris. Oddly enough, no one requested a dog driving a bus, weird. As an Interactive Art Director, I focused my efforts online, collaborating with a talented team of creatives and developers to produce promotional websites, mini-sites, and media buys for our clients. In due time I transitioned to a Creative Director working both online and offline while overseeing a team of designers and writers for Motorola, Burger King, Bloomin' Brands, and ConAgra Foods.
